For the treatment of parts we have extraordinary possibilities:

• Lathing up to 4000 mm diameter and 24 m length
• Milling path x-axis 8000 mm, y-axis 2400 mm and z-axis 1500 mm
• Ceraplate coating diameter up to 1300 mm and 22 m length
• Ultraplate coating up to 800 mm diameter and 20 m length
• Honing diameter up to 1500 mm and 18 m length. On foldover up to 32 m
• Deep hole drilling up to 1400 mm diameter and 18 m length 
• Cold deformation of tubes with inside diameters 50 mm - 500 mm and up to 12 m length
• 1000 tonnes straightening press for cylinder tubes and piston rods

Also bigger dimensions could be realised on request.

 Unit weights up to approx. 150 tonnes are possible.
